A healthy diet comprises of all basic nutrients required by your body. it includes vegetables, fruits, cereals etc...whereas healthy eating habits may refer to the timing and quantity of meal u r taking..if you skip your breakfast and eat junk food at lunch it is clearly not a healthy eating habit...and if u do not walk after having dinner/super that would also consider as unhealthy habit.

i could not get your question . Might be you want to know which food i found easy to cook on holiday. well most easiest food made by me is sandwiches, pasta and fries.

There is no single kind of food which gives all the nutrition what you want. Eat wide variety of foods, prefer plant food first, enjoy your favourite dishes, drink lots of water always on an empty stomach, include at least 20% raw food in your diet like fruits, sprouts and salads.

Various Food items contain Vitamin D, like fatty Fishes (salmon,tuna) , beef Liver, Cheese , orange juice and some Dairy products. You can get vitamin D direct from Sun too.
