I had visit that Gym in Sitara Mall Faisalabad once. There environment and schedule is reasonable. One of my friend who use to workout there said that it is helpful for her and She is satisfied from their service .

Well there are so many reasons which can cause dark circles. Sometime it happened due to lack of sleep and sometime if you took nap more than enough . Excessive use of Alcohol , drugs. Fatigue,illness, stress, allergy , unbalance diet, water deficiency and to watch t.v or mobile screen continuously for a long time. and so many more...

Sleep of 7 to 8 hours is perfectly healthy for grown ups . Infact for me it is more than enough as 5 hours sleep fine too. Our sleep needs decrease with age, most older people still need at least 7 hours of sleep. Since older adults often have trouble sleeping this long at night, daytime naps can help fill in the gap.
