Is getting 7 hours of sleep (1:30 am to 8:30 am) a healthy life style?

Sleep of 7 to 8 hours is perfectly healthy for grown ups . Infact for me it is more than enough as 5 hours sleep fine too. Our sleep needs decrease with age, most older people still need at least 7 hours of sleep. Since older adults often have trouble sleeping this long at night, daytime naps can help fill in the gap.

It vary from person to person if you are an adult than i guess it's enough
